Kidneys remove waste products from the blood. They maintain the water level of the body.
But when the Kidneys release more water, it results in large amount of urine excretion. This problem is called Diuresis.

Take one glass of Lemon juice before breakfast everday for 7 days.
Prepare a tea made from the root of Burdock. Have this tea two times daily.
Or: Fresh Burdock are used to make Vegetables which is also good for Diuresis.
Prepare a decoction of the root of Dandelion. Take it twice a day.
