“ Birch” means : “ a tree whose bark is used for writing on”. It is a bitter - astringent tonic herb.
Birch is a tree. The tree is also known as the Giving Tree , for its sap, leaves, bark, shoots, twigs and buds, all the parts can be put to use for medicinal purposes.

Prepare infusion of 1 teaspoon of Birch bark (Bhoj Patra in India) and 1 teaspoon of Dandelion (Kanphul in India) root. Add 1 slice of grated Ginger (Adrak in India) Root. keep on low heat. Turn off the heat when it boils.
