Dear Pramod Kumar both the forms of this fruit are useful for curing different diseases. The usage depends on the condition that you wish to cure. Will you mention the condition for which you wish to use this Herb. Since fruits lose during the drying process, their nutrient, calorie, and sugar content also become concentrated once they are dried. So, thus it depends on the choice. how much calories do yu wish to take.

Is apricot fruit good for diabetic patients?
17 Feb 2017
Apricot is a rich source of fiber and Vitamin A. Consuming foods with a low glycemic index is one of the ways to control Type 2 Diabetes.
And, apricot comes in the list of fruits with low GI.
You just need to be cautious while taking these fruits, take them in the dried form only . that too in a limited amount.
