Tracheitis is a disease of the Trachea.
The bacterial infection that causes inflammation in the Trachea is Tracheitis. The bacteria Staphylococcus Aureus causes the infection.
Trachea is a tube like structure and the airways system of the body. It connects the larynx to the bronchi. They supply oxygen and exhale carbon dioixide from the Lungs. Trachea is considered as the windpipe. The bacterial infection causes irritation in the Trachea.
