Rue General

Squeeze the leaves. Extract the Juice. Take two times a day.

Rue ( Sudapa ) as an Expectorant

The leaves of Rue ( Sudapa ) contain Expectorant property. Hence, It expels out the phlegm and gives relief to the respiratory tract.
Crush the fresh leaves of Rue ( Sudapa ). Squeeze the crushed leaves to extract juice. Take one teaspoon of juice with honey twice a day.

Rue as an Antispasmodic

Make Juice of the leaves . Have it two two times a day.

Rue as an Anthelmintic

Take extract of the leaves . Have it two times a day.

Rue for Indigestion

Make decoction of dried leaves. Take two times a day.

Rue for Blurred Vision

Put a handful of fresh leaves, or 4-5 tbsps of dried Rue into a muslin bag. Make it wet by pouring enough hot water over it. Let it cool. Lie down and close your eyes. Keep the bag on the eyes. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. It will give a soothing effect and will improve the vision of eyes.

Chew fresh leaves of Rue in Palpitation.
