Description

Ganglion is a disease of the Nerves.
The Cyst contains a jelly like fluid i.e. Ganglion. It is non cancerous and contains a number of Nerve cells bodies. They are not painful and rarely cause any harm. They can be removed by surgery. However, the larger Cysts are painful. It may vary in size. It may develop on the Hands and the Wrist. The internal Ganglion may cause Sores. The Ganglion may be dried by removing fluid from the Ganglion. The Ganglion causes pressure on the surrounding Joints. The fluid present in the Ganglion is similar to the Synovial fluid, found in the Joints.

Causes of Ganglion
The causes are not known. However, Repeated Trauma is meant to be a cause.

Materia Medica for Ganglion

Single Herb

White Oak for Ganglion

Apply White Oak Bark paste, made of White Oak Bark powder and lukewarm water over the affected area. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Ginger for Ganglion

Prepare a Ginger root tea, made of Ginger root and one cup of water. Drink it twice daily.

Turmeric for Ganglion

Have Turmeric extract 400 mg once a day.
Put 4 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil on a cotton ball and apply over the affected area. Secure it with a bandage. Repeat the process after every 4 days for two weeks.

Arnica for Ganglion

Apply a thin layer of Arnica cream over the affected area. Repeat the process 2 times a day.

Aloe Vera for Ganglion

Take a fresh Aloe Vera leaf. Cut it and take the gel out using a spoon. Apply the gel over the affected area and leave it for 25 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times a day.

Echinacea for Ganglion

Apply a thin layer of Echinacea ointment over the affected area. Repeat the process 2 times a day.

Herbal Treatment For Ganglion

Take 4 tablespoons of warm Glycerin, 1/4 teaspoon of Borax and half teaspoon of Epsom Salt. Mix them well. Soak a cotton ball in this mixture and apply over the affected area. Secure it with a bandage. Repeat the process 2 times a day.

Can I mix echinacea capsule contents with coconut oil for an ointment? At room temperature it would be paste like for a ganglion cyst.
