Fenugreek ( Methi ) for Tennis Elbow

Take 2 tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds. Grind them with some milk. Apply paste over the affected part.
St John's Wort ( Choli Phulya ) gives relief in pain and inflammation.
Take St John's Wort ( Choli Phulya ) Flowers. Boil one flower in a cup of water. Strain. Have it twice a day.

Turmeric ( Haldi ) for Tennis Elbow

Make a paste by adding any natural oil with Turmeric ( Haldi ) powder. Warm. Apply it on the affected elbow.
OR : Take quarter teaspoon Turmeric ( Haldi ) with a glass of milk twice a day.

Take 1 kg golden Raisin. Dip them in Gin. Gin is a spirit type alcohol having flavor from Juniper Berries. It is easily available at liquor shop. Potato ( Aalu ) for Tennis Elbow
