Tennis elbow is a disease of the Tendons.
An injury that causes damage to the Tendons is Tennis Elbow.
Tendons are tough tissues that attach the muscles with bony projection on the outside of the Elbow.
In Tennis Elbow the joints, muscles and tendons becomes painful.
It is the result of an inflammation in the muscles surrounding the joint.
The inflammation occurs when the muscles and tendons are strained.
The symptoms develop gradually.
The disorder starts with a persistent pain.

Materia Medica for Tennis Elbow
Single Herb Take 2 tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds. Grind them with some milk. Apply paste over the affected part.
St John's Wort ( Choli Phulya ) gives relief in pain and inflammation.
Take St John's Wort ( Choli Phulya ) Flowers. Boil one flower in a cup of water. Strain. Have it twice a day.
Make a paste by adding any natural oil with Turmeric ( Haldi ) powder. Warm. Apply it on the affected elbow.
OR : Take quarter teaspoon Turmeric ( Haldi ) with a glass of milk twice a day.
Water for Tennis Elbow
Put some ice cubes in a piece of cloth. Apply it over painful area. Repeat this process after 3 hours.
Take 1 kg golden Raisin. Dip them in Gin. Gin is a spirit type alcohol having flavor from Juniper Berries. It is easily available at liquor shop. Let the tincture remain for 1 week at room temperature. Eat 5 raisins from it in the morning. Use this remedy for about 6 months. You will see the magical results within this period.
Cut Potato in small slices. Bake them in microwave or oven ( whatever you have ). Pack them in a piece of cloth. Apply it on you painful elbow. Its the best remedy to reduce Swelling and Pain.
Or : Boil a Potato ( Aalu ). Mash it and apply on the affected joint. Keep it on for half an hour. You can also tie a cloth to hold it on.
Fry petals of Marigold flower in Sunflower Oil. The resultant will be the therapeutic oil. Use it for massage over painful Elbow.
Soak some Cabbage ( Band Gobhi ) leaves in warm water for half an hour. Then apply on the affected area and wrap a cloth on it. Remove next morning.
Grind some Broccoli and apply the fine paste on the aching joint. Wrap a cloth for half an hour and then simply remove it.
Marjoram Essential Oil stops pain and promotes relaxation.
Massage two drops of Marjoram Essential Oil to the affected area. Repeat the process after every two hours.
Nutmeg Essential Oil stops pain and improves circulation.
Take half teaspoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add two drops of Nutmeg Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Massage with this oil blend to the affected areas. Repeat the process after every two hours.
