In some places of the world Solanum Aviculare is known as Poroporo while in the others Sorghum Bicolor is known Poroporo. These two are entirely different herbs, please be informed and do not get confused.

Hi Hemangi, Jowar alone won't help to treat Hypothyroidism. Add Dulse ( Palmaria Palmata ) to your daily diet. Or
Prepare a decoction of Dulse leaves. Consume it once a day.

Hello Fathima Take two drops of Ashwagandha tincture in milk daily, Also, Prepare a decoction of Dulse leaves and drink it once a day.

For Hypothyroidism: Prepare the soup of Dulse leaves and consume it once daily.
For Skin: Mix Almond oil and Olive oil in equal ratio. Massage the Dry Skin with it.
For Obesity: Warm 500 ml of water and add 1 to 2 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice. Consume it on an empty stomach daily.
For Heat: Soak Goondkatira in the water overnight. Drink this water along with Goonkatira on an empty stomach daily. Also, consume Buttermilk 2 glasses full daily.
