Egg White : It is a thick and sticky liquid present between the Egg Shell Membrane and Egg Yolk. It turns white when cooked. It is high in Protein, Potassium and Sodium.
Egg Yolk : The round and yellow part of an egg is called the Egg Yolk. It is high in Protein, Fat and Cholesterol.
