Single Herb
Magnolia for Gastroparesis
Take dried Magnolia bark. Powder it. Boil one teaspoon powder in glass water. Drink lukewarm once a day.
OR : Take half teaspoon of Magnolia bark powder with lukewarm water twice a day.
OR : Prepare a decoction of 5 gram Magnolia bark with one cup water and have it once a day.
Take Liquorice root. Grind it. Boil half teaspoon in one cup water. Drink just before every meal thrice a day.
OR :
Prepare a decoction of 5 gram Liquorice root with one cup water and take it twice a day.
OR :
Chew a small piece 4 to 5 times a day.
Drink Lemon Balm tea after taking meal twice a day.
OR : Make an infusion of leaves. Drink half cup thrice a day.
Prepare a decoction of Skullcap root. Take one cup three times a day after each meal.
Asafoetida ( Hing ) is a good digestive remedy. It curbs all digestive disorders and also expels the excess gas.
Put quarter a teaspoon of Asafoetida ( Hing ) in a glass of lukewarm water. Stir and let it dissolve completely. Have it daily.
Mix one tablespoon of Psyllium Husk ( Isabgol ) in a quarter glass of hot milk. Have it and drink the remaining milk.
Fenugreek ( Methi in India ) contains good digestive property. It makes the digestion easy and alleviates pain associated with Gastroparesis. Have a teaspoon of Fenugreek ( Methi in India ) seeds with a glass of water on an empty stomach daily for 15 days.
Note : You may continue the process, if problem persists.
Add 2 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. Stir well. Drink it 30 minutes before every meal.
Blend 3 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel with 2 cups of water. Drink this juice every morning. Its laxative property aids in the proper functioning of your digestive system.
Mix 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil to 1 cup of water. Warm this solution to help the oil melt completely in the water. Drink this solution before every meal.
Or
Mix 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil to a cup of hot tea. Drink this tea before meals.
Add 2 teaspoons of Ginger juice in a cup of lukewarm water. Consume this solution 30 minutes before every meal.
Or
Boil 1 cup of water. Add 4-5 Ginger slices in it. Allow it mix properly for 5 minutes on a sim heat. Add a little Lemon juice or Honey in it to improve its taste.
Prepare a tea by steeping 2 teaspoons of dried Peppermint leaves in a cup of hot water. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Strain and drink it.
Extract the juice of Asparagus Racemosus roots. Mix it with equal amount of lukewarm water. Consume one teaspoon of this mixture.

Obesity means excess fat in the the body. This excess fat gives us an inferiority complex. So, we are sick in the body. And, sick in the mind.
What to do ?
If it is simple fat, eat less, and it will go away. But, if you are middle aged or a senior citizen, then you may be suffering from Gastroparesis or delayed digestion.
Herbs are your best bet. Heres how to take them.
Take 100 gms each of Carom ( Hindi Name : Ajvain ) and Fennel ( Hindi Name : Big Saunf ). Throw in 3 or 4 cloves, about 10 black peppers and half a teaspoon of Long Pepper ( Pippali in hindi ) . Keep them in the sun to dry out the moisture or roast them a little. Grind them to make powder. Take one teaspoon of this powder with a little Jaggery ( Hindi Name : Gur or shakkar ) twice a day. Take for 15 days. Give a break for a week and repeat.

Roast a tablespoon of Carom ( Ajvain ) seeds. Grind them. Add quarter a teaspoon of powdered Asafoetida ( Hing ) and half a teaspoon of Black Salt ( Kala Namak ). Have half a teaspoon of prepared mixture with lukewarm water. It reduces the pain and solves the problem.
