Materia Medica for Stress Single Herb
Chew some Fennel seeds.
Prepare Stinging Nettle's leaf tea. Drink once a day.
Prepare a decoction of the roots. Have twice a day.
Or : Powder the root. Mix with honey. Store. Take half teaspoon a day
Or : Take one capsule per day.
Add 1 tsp Honey in a glass of warm water. Have it once a day.
Apply Cynodon Dactylon paste on the sole of feet.
OR : Walk barefoot over Cynodon Dactylon grass.
Almond ( Badam ) Oil for Stress
Take 3 to 4 teaspoons Almond ( Badam ) Oil. Heat. Massage scalp and forehead for 10 minutes.
Prepare a decoction made from the roots of Licorice. Take one cup two times a day.
Take dried root of Boerhavia Diffusa (Punarnava). Grind them to make powder. Take half tsp of it twice a day.
Cut some fresh cucumbers into half. Place them in a pot of boiling water and take the refreshing steam
Eat 1 Banana each day. It is rich in potassium which helps in reducing Stress. Stress increase the metabolic rate, which in result reduce the Potassium level. Banana is helpful in order to balance Potassium level.
Ravensara Essential Oil acts as a Anti stress agent. It calms down the mind and relaxes the body.
Inhale the vapour by putting 5 to 6 drops of oil in to boiling water.
Peru Balsam Essential Oil is a mental relaxant oil. It gives instant relief to the tired mind.
Inhale the aroma of Peru Balsam Essential Oil for 30 seconds.
Make a decoction of Lemon Balm ( Billilotan ) leaves. Drink a cup of this decoction once a day to get relief from stress and tensions.
Boil 12 dried Basil leaves in 150 ml of water for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Strain and drink this infusion daily, once a day
Drink Aloe Vera juice daily. It will provide relief from Stress.
Lemons provide a calming effect and improve your moods.
Have 2 glass of Lemon water every day to get rid of Stress and Depression.

Combine Lobelia ( Narasam ) and Valerian in equal quantities and make tea.
Drink Luke warm for a restful sleep.
It is also useful for easing stress.
Herbal Treatment For Stress 1
Take One tablespoon of each Stinging Nettle ( Bichu Buti ) and Alfalfa ( Jungli Lucerne ) Leaves. Mix in a cup of hot water and steep for 8-10 minutes.
Drink this nutritional blend to reduce Stress.
You can also Add some Honey and Lemon juice to taste.

Mix some Lemon Grass oil with the essential oil of Lavender.
Put few drops of this mixture in your warm bathing water.

Withania Somnifera ( Ashwagandha ) : 2 tablespoon
Saffron ( Kesar ) : 5 to 8 strands
Asparagus Racemosus ( Shatavari ) : 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg ( Jaiphal ) : 1 tablespoon
Golden Bamboo ( Baans ) : 1 tablespoon
Indian Kudzu ( Vidari Kanda ) : 1 tablespoon
Add the extract of the following two herbs :
Indian Spider Plant ( Safed Musli ) : Extract : 1 tablespoon
Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) : Extract : 1 tablespoon
Store in a glass jar. Leave it for a week. After a week, take 2 pinches with a glass of lukewarm milk on alternate nights before going to bed.
These two pinches will relieve you of stress, enhance your mood, remove depression and lead you to a bout of healthy sex.
