Materia Medica for Poor Concentration
Single Herb Take 10 Almonds and soak them in water overnight. The next morning, peel them and grind it to make a fine paste. Add this paste in one glass of Milk and boil it for 5 minutes. Add Sugar to taste. Drink it for 1 month.
Take one teaspoon of dried Rosemary herb and steep it in one cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and drink it. You may also add Honey to improve the taste.
Black Cumin for Poor Concentration
Take half teaspoon of Black Cumin seed powder. Mix it with Honey. Consume it twice daily.
Take 1 teaspoon of Indian Gooseberry ( Amla ) powder. Have it thrice daily.
Extract the juice of Brahmi leaves by grinding and squeezing them. Take 1 teaspoon of the juice 2 times a day. You may also add Honey to improve the taste.
Consume 1 teaspoon of organic, cold-pressed, virgin Coconut Oil 2 times a day.
Prepare a tea, made of half teaspoon of Ginseng Korean root powder and one cup of water. Have it twice daily.
Consume 40 mg of Ginkgo Biloba extract, 3 times a day.
