Avoid taking Konjac for pregnancy and breast-feeding women . Consult your doctor before taking it .

Single HerbAdd half teaspoon of konjac Powder in a glass of water . Drink immediatly. Take it before each meal .
OR
Mix 1 teaspoon of Konjac Powder with 2 tablespoon of cold water till smooth, then add this mixture to the gravies, sauces, glazes, soups and stews.
Note : Do not take Allopathic diabetic medicines if you are taking Konjac Powder . These medications may lower your blood glucose levels . Always take your physician's recommendation before taking any medicnes.
