Egg Shell Membrane For Aging Joints
The eggshell membrane is a good source of Collagen. It contains a protein known as elastin, which supports cartilage in the Body. It provides strength to the connective tissues and provides elasticity.
Chew 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds with one glass of lukewarm water. Have it once a day in the morning.
Take one teaspoon each of Turmeric and Honey. Mix them in one glass of warm milk. Drink it daily.
Mix 2 teaspoon each of Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey in one cup of lukewarm water. Drink it twice daily before meals.
Heat half cup of Coconut oil. Add 2 tablespoon of Cayenne powder in it. Gently massage over the affected area for 20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water.
Eat 4-5 raw Garlic cloves daily.
Steep a small piece of Ginger root in one cup of very hot water for 30 minutes. Strain it and drink twice daily.
You can also add Honey to improve the taste.
