Single HerbBoil 4 tablespoon leaves of Polygala Amara in One cup of water for 2-3 hours. Cool and take One tablespoon every 3 hours.
Or
Boil 100 g of Polygala Amara root in ½ litre of wine. Boil it for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool for 2 hours and then decant. Drink one teaspoon 4 times a day.
Put 1 teaspoon of shredded, dried
Polygala Amara in boiling water. Steep it for 20 minutes. Strain and drink it 4 to 5 times a day.
Add 1 ½ tablespoon of dried powder of
Polygala Amara in the boiling water. Steep it for 15 minutes. Strain and drink it 4-5 times a day.
Polygala Amara as Expectorant
Mix 1 tablespoon dry powder of
Polygala Amara in 100 ml of boiling water. Allow it to cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Decant and drink it in 5 to 6 innings a day.
Add 1 ½ tablespoons of powdered
Polygala Amara in a cup of water ( 200ml ). Boil for 4 minutes. Leave it covered for 20 minutes. Strain and drink one teaspoon at a time when needed.
Prepare a decoction of 2 gm
Polygala Amara in 300 ml of water. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave it covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink 3 cups a day.
