Description
Burn Mark is a condition of the Skin.
When the Skin is exposed to fire or excessive Heat it gets burnt. The mark left behind on the Skin is called a Burn Mark.
A Burn damages the layers of the Skin. Burn is categorized into First Degree, Second Degree and Third Degree Burns.
The damaged Skin cells are replaced by new ones. The wound gets healed and the Skin recovers completely, but the ugly Scars and Marks are left behind.

Materia Medica for Burn Marks
Single Herb Banana ( Kela in India ) peel is rich in Potassium which helps in diminishing the Burn marks and healing the Skin. It helps in removing the dead cells and stimulate the growth of new Skin cells.
Take a fresh Banana peel. Rub the soft inner side of the peel on to the Burn mark for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash the Burn Mark with lukewarm water after 10 minutes. Do this once daily for a month to fade the Burn Marks.
Apple Cider Vinegar ( Seb ka Sirka in India ) is Alkaline in nature. It exfoliates dead Skin and reduces the appearance of Burn Marks.
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. Add half tablespoon of water in it. Dip a cotton ball in the solution. Wipe the Burn Marks with the cotton ball. Let it dry. Wash with normal water. Do this daily for 15 to 20 days.
Coconut Oil contains Fatty Acids. The antioxidant property of the Fatty Acids is useful in enhancing the production of collagen. It reduces the Burn Marks and speeds up the healing process.
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil. Heat it slightly. Apply the oil on the Burn Marks. Gently massage in circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day for a month.
Cucumber ( Khira in India ) breaks down the Scar tissues and enhances the growth of Skin cells. It makes the Skin soft and helps in removing the Burn Marks from the Skin.
Take a fresh Cucumber. Peel it off. Grind it to make a paste. Apply the paste on the Burn Marks. Leave it for half an hour. Wash with water. Repeat two times day for 2 weeks.
Olive Oil ( Jaitun ka Tel ) is rich in Vitamin E and Vitamin K. These nutrients soften the Skin and diminish the Burn Marks. The acidic property of Olive Oil helps to exfoliate the dead Skin cells.
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of lukewarm Olive Oil. Apply on to the Burn Marks. Massage gently in circular motion for 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat twice daily for a month.
Lemon ( Nimbo in India ) is rich in Citric Acid. It helps to bleach the Skin and lightens the Burn Marks.
Take 2 to 3 teaspoons of fresh Lemon Juice. Apply the juice on the Burn Marks. Leave it overnight. Wash it off the next morning. Repeat daily for 2 weeks.
Lavender Essential Oil rejuvenates the Skin cells and fades the Burn Marks. It stimulates the regeneration of new skin tissues and fades away the Burn Marks.
Add 4 to 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in any carrier oil ( like - Jojoba Oil ). Mix well. Apply it on to the Burn Marks. Massage gently for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat it 2 times a day for 2 weeks.
Grind Black Plum leaves to make a fine paste and apply over the affected areas. Repeat the process 2 times a day.
