Description
Dracunculiasis is a disease of the Skin.
A human being may get infested by the larvae of the Guinea worm. This may happen when he drinks contaminated water.
The Guinea Worm larvae mature in the abdomen. It lives in the connective tissues and then it moves to the skin. It shows itself as a painful blisters.
It has to be removed surgically by making a cut in the skin.

Materia Medica for Dracunculiasis
Single Herb Wash infected Wounds with the extract of Spiny Bamboo. It is very effective remedy, use regularly.
OR : Heat the leaves and shoots of Spiny Bamboo in a pan. Tie them in a piece of cotton cloth. Use it as a poultice.
Apply leave paste of Castor over infected Wounds. It helps in extracting Worms from the Wounds.
Apply any carrier oil on the fresh leaves and heat them. Tie the leaves on the Blisters associated to the Dracunculiasis.
