Description

Keratosis is a disease of the Skin.
The abnormal growth of Keratin on the skin is called Keratosis. Keratin is a Protein found in Skin, Nails and Hair.
Keratosis is not a life threatening health disorder. It makes the skin rough and hard. It causes a number of small red goose bumps on the Thighs, Cheeks, Arms and Buttocks. It is caused by excess buildup of Keratin and over exposure to Sunlight.

Types of Keratosis
Keratosis Pilaris It causes rough, acne like goose bumps on the Skin. It may appear on the back, thighs, buttocks and top of Legs, but are common on the outer sides of the upper arms.
Actinic Keratosis The formation of a scaly path on the Skin is called Actinic Keratosis. It is a result of excessive exposure to the sun. Commonly seen on face, forearms, scalp, ears, lips and neck.
Seborrheic Keratosis The abnormal, but non-cancerous growth of the Skin is called Seborrheic Keratosis. It is oval or round in shape and looks like a wart. It may be light brown or black in color. It appears anywhere on the Skin, but more common on chest, shoulders or back.

Take two table spoon of Baking Soda. Add a little water to make paste.
Apply this paste on the affected area. Leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.

Herbal Treatment For Keratosis 1

Take one tablespoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add six drops each of Geranium, Lemon and Mandarin Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Add this oil blend to a warm bathtub and soak in it for 15 minutes. Shower to remove the dead skin. Repeat the process once a day.

Herbal Treatment For Keratosis 2

Take two tablespoons of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add four drops of Mandarin, two drops of Tagetes Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Add half cup of sugar in it and keep it aside. Soak in a warm bathtub for 15 minutes. Massage the affected area with the blend prepared before in a circular motion, then rinse. Repeat the process after every three days.

Hi
I m suffering from fibromalgia.
I am having pain in my neck back for d last 10 years . Gradually the pain increased to arm ,numbness , pain in hands legs &now even I feel joint pains. I have tender points in my body that pains so much accompanying anxiety depression too
I get irritated too easily . I feel like d thing or situation should end up soon that is irritating me.
I m also having severe constipation until or unless I take any laxative every day the stool do not pass.there is always bloating
I feel fatigue morning stiffness &sickness sleepy tired exhausted like to stay alone maximum or in intervals
Some times i feel like headaches a sort of migraine
Most of d times i feel dizziness
Sir i have taken all types of medicines but they work temporarily &d side effects are that my digestion is affected too much .I can't digest now
.I have to take pain killers anti depressant along with medicine for dizziness

Hi myself sapna
My daughter is suffering from keratosis pilaries.
She has goose bumps on her cheeks on arms on buttocks on thighs too.
Her cheeks looks always red & bumps on it
They look very shabby
She is only 10 years old
She is also having scaly dandruff on her scalp when scrached skin wid watery red colour appears.
Her stomach gets upset(gastritis) infected very often.

Dear Sapna
Take two tablespoon of Baking soda. Add a little water to make a paste. Apply on the affected region. Leave for ten minutes. Wash it with cold water. Or
Add coconut oil to Apple cider Vinegar. Apply and leave for few minutes. Wash the area with water later.
