Can I eat raw barnyard millet Will there be any side effects I am eating them as a snack (just 2 to 3 spoons) as I like the crunchy taste of them

Hey Subhashree too much is bad, make recipes out of it, well snacks form of Barnyard millet is available. Get that. It is good to eat.
