Materia Medica for Sugar Apple

Single Herb

Custard Apple for Abscess

Take leaves. Crush them properly. Make paste with water. Apply it on the affected part.

Custard Apple for Fever

Take the roots. Powdered them. Boil 1/4 tablespoon powder in one glass water. Left it for half an hour and then drink it. Do this twice a day.

Custard Apple for Rheumatism

Take the leaves. Boil them untill water remains half. Apply that thick decoction on the affected area.

Custard Apple for Toothache

Take off the bark of roots. Chew it for five minutes twice a day.

Custard Apple for Gum Diseases

Take off the bark of roots. Chew it for five minutes twice a day.

Custard Apple Seed ( Sitaphal Ke Beej ) for Head Lice

Take a handful of Custard Apple seeds. Wash and dry them. Dry them in the sun for a few days. Grind to powder them. Store in a dry jar. Take two table spoons. Add water to make a thin paste. Apply on head that has lice. Leave it on the head for about one hour. Wash head normally. Abracadabra ! No more lice. One application is enough to kill the lice.
OR : Mix Custard Apple extract with coconut oil. Ratio 1 : 1. Apply on hair. Leave on for at least 3 hours. Repeat 3 or 4 times.
Caution : Seeds are poisonous. The paste or the oil must NOT come in contact with the eyes. It may cause irritation and may lead to blindness.

Custard Apple ( Sitaphal ) for Dandruff

Grind Custard Apple to make fine paste. Apply this paste on your Head at night. Wash your hair next morning.

Custard Apple ( Sitaphal ) for Diarrhea

Take bark decoction of Custard Apple ( Sitaphal ) after every 2-3 hours.
OR : Powder the unripe fruit. Take one tablespoon with water twice a day.

Custard Apple ( Sitaphal ) for Dysentery

Grind the unripe fruit. Take one tablespoon with water twice a day.
OR : Boil the chopped root in some water for 15 minutes. Sieve and drink lukewarm.

Sir,my son is 3yrs old.we apply custord apple seed powder for hair.Next ie,yesterday he close the eyes and says paining.we consult eye specialist,he gave moxifloxacin,carboxy mythylcellulse sodium lubricant and antibiotic ointment.is there any problem ..please give reply fastly
