Santhiya Whoaa !!. This is a great news. Thank you for sharing it with us. Yes, you may reduce the dosage to 2 cups. Or you may even try skipping it for a while, just to check if they occur again.
Once you are sure that the itching has not started again, ten you may slowly try yourself exposing into the sun.
Now, you need to do a bit of experimentation on your own. Yes, the dosage may be reduced even to one cup and you may even stop the usage for a while.

Stinging nettle is known to stimulate milk production and increase the supply of breast milk in nursing mothers. You may take it in the form of tea. Drink one cup everyday after child birth.
Also, if you have low blood sugar then avoid taking this herb.
I would suggest you to take this herb only if you are suffering from a problem. There are no such side effects on the baby unless the limited dosage is taken.

Hello,
I am suffering from pressure urticaria from last 3 years. Have been taking alopathy but the effect lasts for hardly 12 hours. Which is the best herbal product u think i should use to get rid of my urticaria. I had undergone the skin test for urticaria at a big hospital few months back but nothing came out of it. Was tested for 100 allergens.

Pls help.
Thankyou

Amar. The best herb to cure Urticaria is Stinging Nettle. You can either take it in the form of tea or may buy its mother tincture from a homeopathic shop.l It is known as Urtica Dioica.
Please try this for 20 days and share the feedback.

I had ordered a mother tincture from a shop. But by mistake i have got urtica urena MT, instead of urtica dioica MT. Will this work for my urticaria ? Or shud i get urtica dioica only? Thanku

i had a bacteria infection before which i was having burning pain in my penis and in the base of my penis and also having a yellowish colour urine, but i got all treated(contacted through sex).

after some months,
i am having burning pain on my prostate, it seems as if my scrotum is hot all the inside not outside especially while lying down or sitting down. i did the computer check, so i was told am having prostate problem ( instead of 2.48, am having 2.22) . i feel very relieved after taking scent leaf(by boiling) but i know it is not gone completely. i feel slow in starting urine. i have ordered for both stinging nettle and saw palmetto for my treatment. please advise me on how to use it. i am just 31 years of age.

You may drink Stinging Nettle tea, one cup daily for 20 days. Eat one capsule of Saw Palmetto daily. Observe the symptoms and adjust the dosage accordingly.
Also buy pumpkin seed oil capsules, and have one daily.
