Goldenseal is a perennial herb of the Ranunculaceae family. It is native to Canada and United States.

Put l/2 teaspoonful of the powdered root in a cup of water. Boil it. Simmer for l0 minutes. Drink three times a day.
Single HerbDrink Golden Seal root tea 2-3 cups a day.
Or have Golden Seal capsules.
Else have Golden Seal extract.
For Golden Seal Tincture: Take 20-50 drops 3 times a day.
Caution:Avoid use during pregnancy.
Add 2 tsp of dried Golden Seal to a cup of boiling water. Steep. Let it cool. Gargle 3-4 times a day.
Add 6-8 tsp to a cup of boiling water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Apply it on the affected area thrice a day.
Golden Seal for Purifying Blood
Prepare a tea. Drink thrice a day.
OR: Have Golden Seal Capsules.
Prepare a tea from dried herb. Drink twice a day.
Put a tablespoon of Goldenseal in two cups of water. Boil for five minutes. Let it cool. Put 2-3 drops in nostrils. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.
