I am taking Simarouba to help eliminate blastocystis hominis. I have noticed that when I drink it at night I sleep through without needing to go to the bathroom and also blood sugar seems more stable. Stool seems better also. But I have also noticed that when I take it at night in the morning my body temp is lower. I do have a low thyroid situation and dont want to make it worse.

I was very hopeful that simarouba would be helpful because the blasto and also anaemia are two major issues for me and it seemed the right herb for those needs.

Do you know of any goitrogenic effect of simarouba?

I take pantocid L for gastric and was on weight loss products for sometime. My doctor suggested me to stop everything for 2 weeks and repeat the test again. The result came absolutely normal. This is my answer to all ladies who have breast discharge. I would like to suggest you not to take any medication as it may suppress the disease and may cause fatal changes.
Just eat a healthy foods and go for regular exercise. It is common now as we eat genetically modified foods. So eat organic foods.

But still it continued and she said to do a follow up of all the tests and come back to decide on a biopsy. Now the discharge comes 4-5 times spontaneously and from one duct a brownish discharge is there. Some times the breast is painful and uncomfortable if I wear tight clothing.
