Dear Karen, Please specify why you are taking Marigold?
We can then explain you the exact dosage for your problem.
Anything took in the wrong quantity and dosage can cause side effects, even herbs. However, the effect of Marigold over estrogen is still under research and explained as none till date.

Hello

Thanks for this article, i have been looking for the uses of marigold flower since I have them at home and I knew that these are being used but not how. So many thanks for the article.

I have a question here, i have three varieties of marigold at home, I dont know the names, but I can describe below. Could you please confirm if I can use all of them as per your instructions given above?

I am using the reference names from this url and I really couldnt make much differentiate since all looks similar - http://www.flowerspicture.org/marigold-varieties.html
1. Dwarf Marigold (Pic 2) or Marigold garden border 2017 (Pic 9) - (same as found in India)
2. French marigold yellow (Pic 12) (mine is little bushy and orange in color)
3. French marigold yellow (Pic 16 or 18) (less bushy with appx 10 - 15 petals, the petals shed themselves after few days and it seems to be wild as I have almost 40-50 buds in one plant.)
