Cracked Heels is a disease of the Heels.

Single Herb

Coconut Oil ( Nariyal ka Tel ) for Cracked Heels

Coconut Oil ( Nariyal ka Tel in India ) contains Coumaric Acid which is a strong Antioxidant. It decreases the inflammation and makes the Heels soft and supple. Coconut Oil moisturizes the skin and removes the dead cells.
Take a tablespoon of Coconut Oil. Apply to the Cracked Heels. Massage for 5 to 10 minutes. Wear socks. Leave overnight. Continue this process for a month.

Orange ( Santra ) for Cracked Heels

Take 4 to 5 tablespoons Oil ( any oil ). Add equal quantity of Rock Salt. Mix. Open 2 slices of Orange ( Santra ) from mid. Dip in the oil and rub on heels for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Brown Mustard ( Lal Sarson ) Oil for Cracked Heels

Take 2 tablespoons Brown Mustard ( Lal Sarson ) Oil. Add 10 gram paraffin wax. Heat till wax melts. Apply light warm on heels at bed time for 15 days.

Papaya ( Papita ) for Cracked Heels

Papaya ( Papita in India ) contains Papain. Papain removes the dead Skin cells and makes the heel smooth.
Take a Papaya. Cut it into half and peel it. Mash it to make a paste. Apply the paste on the Cracked Heels. Leave it for half an hour. Wash with cold water. Repeat it 1 to 2 times a week.

Bodhi Tree for Cracked Heels

Apply latex obtained from bark of Bodhi Tree over Cracked Heels.

Honey ( Shehad ) for Cracked Heels

Honey ( Shehad in India ) possesses strong antibacterial property. It helps in fighting harmful bacteria which causes Infection. Honey makes the Skin smooth and reduces Inflammation due to Cracked Heels.

Olive Oil ( Jaitun ka Tel ) for Cracked Heels

Olive Oil ( Jaitun ka Tel in India ) is a rich source of Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps to moisturize the Skin. It speeds up the heeling of Cracked Heels.
Apply Olive Oil on to the Cracked Heels. Gently massage for 10 to 15 minutes. Put a pair of socks. Leave it overnight. Repeat it daily for a week.

Banana ( Kela ) for Cracked Heels

Turmeric (Haldi in India ) has antibacterial and antiinflammatory properties. These properties reduce the Inflammation and infection in the Cracked Heels. It exfoliates the dead Skin tissues and speeds up the healing process.
Take 2 to 3 teaspoons of Turmeric powder. Add few drops of Coconut Oil to form a thick paste. Apply the paste to the Cracked Heels. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash with soap and lukewarm water. Repeat it 2 times a week.

Banyan for Cracked Heels

Apply latex of Banyan tree over Cracked Heels.

Aloe Vera ( Gheekumari ) for Cracked Heels

Aloe Vera ( Gheekumari in India ) has antiinflammatory and cooling properties. These properties reduce inflammation and treat the problem of Cracked Heels. Aloe Vera soothes the Skin and makes the Heels soft.
Take 1 tablespoon of fresh Aloe Vera. Apply in on Cracked Heels. Leave it for half an hour. Wash off. Repeat it twice a day for a week.

Strawberry for Cracked Heels

Strawberry contains Salicylic acid. This nutrient tightens the Skin pores and makes the Skin soft. Strawberry exfoliates the dead skin cells and heals the Cracked Heals.

Milk for Cracked Heels

Milk ( Dudh in India ) contains Vitamin A. Vitamin A moisturizes the Skin and repairs the damaged Skin cells. It will make the heels soft and reduce the inflammation of the Heels.
Take 2 cups of Milk. Add 2 to 3 cup of water in it. Stir well. Dip your feet in this warm Foot bath for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat it daily for 2 weeks.

Argan Oil for Cracked Heels

Vitamin E present in Argan Oil helps to soothe and hydrate the Heels. Argon Oil moisturizes the skin and removes the dead cells. It makes the Heels light and relaxed.
Take 3 to 4 drops of Argan Oil. Gently massage to your Heels and feet for 10 minutes. Wear a pair of socks. Leave overnight. Continue this every night for a week.

Marigold for Cracked Heels

Take a handful fresh leaves of Marigold. Extract the juice. Add some Castor oil it in. Apply on the cracked Heels.
Or Add Vaseline other than Castor Oil. Apply on the cracked Heels, wear socks and go to bed.

Eclipta Alba ( Bhringraj ) for Cracked Heels

Massage the cracked heels with Eclipta Alba leaf juice and paste.
It will remove the dead skin and heal the cracked heels.

Alum for Cracked Heels

Heat some Alum powder in a pan and let the liquid evaporates. Take out the left mixture and let it cool. Mix some coconut oil in it and apply it on Cracked Heels. Regular application will help to get rid of Cracked Heels.

Almond : Badam : Oil : 5 tablespoons
Common Salt : Namak : 1 tablespoon
Strawberry : Crushed : 8 to 10 pieces

Dandelion : Dudal : Oil : 50 gram
Vateria Indica : Badasal : Oil : 50 gram
Aloe Vera : Gheekumari : Gel : 100 gram
Kokum : Kokam : Dried : Powdered : 50 gram
Put all oils in a pan. Heat the combination on a low flame. After 15 to 20 minutes, add the remaining ingredients. Stir it time to time. When the mixture becomes thick, remove from the heat. Let it cool. Store in a bottle. Use it on cracked heels at night daily.
