Description
Polymenorrhea is a disease of the Uterus.
The condition in which the Menses occur in 21 days or less is called Polymenorrhea.
Normally, the menses occur after 28 days. They occur for 4 to 5 days. The ovulation period starts within 14 days. In Ploymenorrhea the ovulation period starts early. If the menses occur in 21 days or less it causes problem.

If not treated properly, Polymenorrhea may cause

Single Herb Roast 1 teaspoon of Sesame seeds. Have it twice daily.
Include Papaya fruit in your daily diet.
Consume 3-5 dried Figs ( Anjeer ) daily.
