Description

Menometrorrhagia is a disease of the Uterus.
The excessive flow of Menstrual Bleeding for a long time at irregular periods is Menometrorrhagia.
It occurs at frequent intervals.
Normally, the Menses occurs after 28 days. It occurs for the period of 4 to 5 days. However, if Menses occurs at irregular intervals, it causes problems.

Materia Medica for Menometrorrhagia

Single Herb

Banana for Menometrorrhagia

Steam a Banana flower and mix it with a small bowl of curd. Consume it daily.

Coriander for Menometrorrhagia

Mix one teaspoon of Coriander seed powder with a pinch of Sugar and Clarified Butter ( Ghee ). Take it thrice daily.

Ginger for Menometrorrhagia

Chew a fresh small piece of raw Ginger daily. Consume it 4 times a day.

Mango for Menometrorrhagia

Take Mango extract and mix 3-4 drops of the extract in one cup of water. Consume one teaspoon of it after every one hour.
Note : Take liquid form of the extract.

White Mustard for Menometrorrhagia

Grind 1 teaspoon of Sesame seeds to make a fine powder. Mix the powder in one glass of hot water. Drink it twice daily.

Indian Gooseberry for Menometrorrhagia

Extract the juice of Indian Gooseberry ( Amla ). Drink one glass of this juice daily.
You can also add Honey to improve the taste.

Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) for Menometrorrhagia

Mix 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder in one cup of water. Drink it 2 times a day.

Papaya for Menometrorrhagia

Eat unripe and raw Papaya daily.
