Balanitis is a disease of the Penis.
The swelling and inflammation of the foreskin and head of the Penis is Balanitis. The cause is poor hygiene. If the head of the Penis is not cleaned well, it allows the bacteria to collect there. This causes inflammation and infections.

If the level of sugar is high in the urine, it allows the bacteria to reside there and causes infections
If not treated properly, Balanitis may cause
Cancer
Phimosis
Note : It may spread infections to your partner during intercourse.
