Dear Khalid. Try following:
-- Land Caltrops- Its Homeopathic mother tincture- Tribulus Terrestris. Take 2-3 drops in a glass of water, twice a day for 20 days.
- Maca- Take Maca powder. Take 1 tablespoon daily with luke warm water.
- Ashwagandha ( Withania Somnifera)- Take 1 teaspoon daily for a month.
Try these for a month. These herbs will increase the blood flow in Penis muscles. Write back after a month.

The tincture form of Land Caltrops has already been suggested. The Homeopathic name of the herb available in tincture form is Tribulus Terrestris. You can buy the Mother tincture and start as per recommended dosage. Yes, you can add Safed Musli. You can take capsules of Black and White Musli. It provides strength. Take it for 15 days. However, they are hot in potency, stop the use if it doesn't suit you. These are strong herbs and always recommended in combo.
