Hey, i am taking Olanzapine which is an antipsychotic, it just changes the dopamine & serotonin levels, is this bad to mix with Valerian?

i only take the Olanzapine before sleep and look to take Valerian before sleep...

the best i have seen wrote is it may make me drowsy & may slow the breaking down of the medication... so far this is not a really bad thing to me, especially if Valerian can get me to sleep

thanks again for your site
