Dear Mansoor
Let us attack 1 disease at a time. Let's start with one thing at one time. To stop smoking, buy Daphne Indica 200 globules from a Homeopathy Shop. Take 1 dose ( 4 to 6 small globules ). You will not feel like smoking. When you feel the urge to smoke again take another dose. Do not repeat the dose in between. Only take the dose when you feel to smoke. Slowly and Slowly the interval between the doses will increase and you will able to stop smoking.
To Stop drinking, wait for 1 week and buy Acid Sulphuric 200 from a Homeopathy Shop. Take 1 dose you will not feel like to drinking. When you feel like to drink take 1 more dose. As you did same with smoking. Let us know the results after 15 days. When these have been taken care, we will recommend you further regimen for postponing.

Psychiatrist diagnosed me with OCD. I searched for natural cure and found this page. But it's written
Above, under the heading, walnuts for OCD, that "eat
5 walnuts daily in the morning". But it's not mentioned
Whether to take them on empty stomach or not.
That's my question.

This is Amit from Mumbai. I have been a patient of major depression and OCD ( only obsessions of irrational impulses and thoughts) for the last 20 years. Have been on SSRIs and TCL prescribed by a Phychiatrist. Despite my mental handicap I have been successful in professional life as well as personal life and am well placed. My symptoms are - repeated irrational impulses and troublesome thoughts, poor memory and lack of concentration. Overall I am able to maintain good nature and am able to remain normal when at Office or at Home. But these unwanted intrusive thoughts are playing havoc. Kindly help

Respected Sir, I am 55 years old and a well behaving, cool man with friendly nature. No anger or quarrel with anyone. All personal and work place relations are good without any tension. But, I am suffering from irrational impulsive thoughts like shouting in group or throwing thing etc without any reason. I know that I am not thinking like that but those thoughts come themselves forcibly. I don't do any wrong thing but those thoughts are really troublesome and disturbing. Please advice.

Hello Vinayak P, Your hormones are out of balance, you need to balance them, Magnesium supplement powder at night, is just one of the ways to balance them, The human brain functions better when it gets what it needs, Good fats is what is needed for a more balance calm mind, like Omega 3 found in fish, or Avocado. Taurine supplement powder or eating more foods that contain taurine, will help calm and reduce stress, and may improve mood.
