Postpartum Depression is a disease of the Mind.
The fear or depression that may occur soon after having a baby is considered as Postpartum Depression. It may develop gradually within 4 to 6 weeks after childbirth. It causes mood swings, Depression, Fear and Anxiety. This is not a disease itself, but a fear of a new mother. When a woman gives birth to her child, she gets worried that how she will look after her baby. The continuous fear and anxiety may disturb her mind.

Single Herb Drink a cup of tea by boiling 1 teaspoon of dried St. John's Wort leaves in one cup of water twice daily.
