Aerophobia is a disease of the Mind.
An Abnormal fear of flying in aircrafts is Aerophobia. A person is not able to fly in an aircraft. He feels the lack of oxygen and it causes panic attack. People with Aerophibia avoid to travel through Aircrafts. This may disturb the quality of life.

Materia Medica for Aerophobia

Single Herb

Skullcap for Aerophobia

Boil 1 tablespoon of dried Skullcap in one cup of water for 25 minutes. Strain it and drink thrice daily.

St John’s Wort for Aerophobia

Prepare a tea from St John’s Wort dried herbs. Boil one tablespoon of this herb in one cup of water for 25 minutes. Add half teaspoon of Honey in it. Strain it and drink once a day.

Valerian for Aerophobia

Steep 2 tablespoon of dried Valerian's root in one cup of very hot water for 15 minutes. Strain it. Drink twice daily.

Passion Flower for Aerophobia

Steep 1 tablespoon of fresh leaves of Passion Flower in one cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Strain it and drink two times a day.

Kava for Aerophobia

Steep 2 tablespoon of dried Kava root in one cup of very hot water for 15 minutes. Strain it and drink once a day.

Chamomile for Aerophobia

Put dried Chamomile Flowers in one cup of water. Boil it. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and add half teaspoon of Raw Honey in it. Drink twice a day.

Fennel for Aerophobia

Chew 2-3 Fennel seeds once a day.

First of all just relax. Why do you feel Anxiety, Phobia and Panic Attack?
Sometimes these things are associated with over thinking. Stop thinking negative and always try to think positive.
Second thing you do is Yoga and Meditation. This will increase your concentration and will provide you strength also.
Suggested Herbs :
1. Rhodiola
2. Eat an apple every morning. Eat a Kiwi and Pomegranate daily. 3. Buy Cannabis Indica tincture and take 5 drops morning and evening.
Take these herbs for at least 15 days and see the results.
3. Soak Khas Khas and 5 to 6 Almonds in water but in different bowls. Do it in the morning, then remove the skin of Almonds and make a fine paste of Almonds and Khas Khas. Add 2 table spoon paste to Milk and have it before going to bed.
