3.Disturbed Sleeping Pattern : A sound sleep is necessary for a healthy life. Because there are certain biological processes that only takes place when we are asleep. And if the sleep gets disturbed, so does the process. So,
always take a sound SLEEP. 4.Dehydration : We have heard this thousands of time, that drinking plenty of water is good for health. As the main function of the Kidneys is remove the toxins and produce urine. If the Kidneys get dehydrated, they will not able to remove the toxins. Drink plenty of WATER. 5.Medications : Our body is incredible machine. When some thing goes wrong with the body, it sends us signals and what we do is, we ignore those signals or we fail to understand the signals. Whenever the pathogens attacks our body, the defense mechanism of the body fights in its own way, but we hinder it by taking medications like pain killers and antihistamines. This disrupts the normal functioning of the Kidneys. So,
Avoid taking Pain Killers or Antihistamines. 6. Always empty your bladder completely. The Kidneys produce urine and it collects in the Bladder. After this, the body produces an urge to empty the bladder. Do not hold it back and empty it properly. Otherwise, it will cause Kidney damage and Urinary Tract infections.
7.Deficiency of Magnesium and Vitamin B6 : Eating a healthy diet makes our body strong. Deficiency of Vitamin B6 and Magnesium damage the Kidneys. Vitamin B6 enhances the functioning of the Kidneys. The deficiency of Vitamin B6 give rise to Kidney Stones. Similarly, Magnesium is an important nutrient that regulates the level of calcium in the body. In this condition our Kidneys have to work harder to neutralize the ammonia. As a result, the Kidneys may get damaged. So, Avoid high protein diet.
10. Avoid Caffeine : High Caffeine foods like Tea, Coffee and soda will causes high blood pressure. This will cause Kidney Damage.
