Dear Nayeem Yes Thuthi leaves can be used to cure inflammation due to Piles. However, the most effective cure for Piles is Radish. Take 30 ml of Radish juice on an empty stomach, in the morning. Continue it for 3 days. Then Stop for 7 days.
Again take the juice for 3 days. Skip for 7 days.
Take for 3 more days. This shall cure your problem. There are many cases of Piles that have been taken care of by Radish alone. Avoid...........
Spicy food, oily food, alcohol, smoking, or any thing that may cause you constipation.
