Dear Pranav

Well Dandruff is not a disease itself. It may be sign of other physical disorder.
You need to follow the given method at least for three months.
Add two to three tablespoon of Gooseberry powder in 250 gm of coconut oil and boil the mixture in a Iron pot. Store this in a bottle. Apply this two times a week.
Also try the following method once in a week.
Apply yogurt on your scalp. Remove it after half an hour. Then cover your hair with a towel dipped in hot water. Repeat this process for two methods and notice the results.

Dandruff may take time to disappear. Be patient and give it some time.

Dear Poonam

Thank you for the appreciation.

Firstly, you should take Ashwagandha for Hypothyroidism. Hair Loss is not a disease per say. It is a symbol of something going wrong with your metabolism.

Do you know, that the production of our Hair follicles is controlled by Kidneys..
In your case, the anabolic activity has reduced to an extent where the Hair follicles have become weak. It is possible that your Liver is affected too.
One way of treating your problem is - oil massages on the scalp. But, it won't do any good in the long run. If you don't take care of your Kidneys now, they may create other complications.

This advice is for educational purpose only. It is not intended to replace a doctor. Please consult your doctor before taking any herb.

Landcaltrops for your Kidneys.
Crataeva Nurvala is a diuretic. It does not let the excess water accumulate in the body. Cleanses your Kidneys.
Boerhavia Diffusa for rejuvenation of the entire body.

Start the regimen right away. Try for a week first, if it suits you, continue, else Stop.
Write back to us after a month.

Dear Sonu
It might be due to pregnancy. During pregnancy there is a hormonal change in our body, that has some bad effects on our body. And hair fall is may be one of them. You take a healthy diet and apply Castor oil and Almond oil. Take both oil in equal amount and mix them well. Apply this application twice in a Week. Immediately results are not possible. So be patient and repeat the process for at least 3 months. Apart form Herbal treatment, also do some yog asan that will enhance the blood circulation in your head.

Dear Neelam
The fiest thing i want to suggest you is that you must do some yoga asans that may improve the blood circulation in your scalp. It really helps to regenerate the hair follicles.
Second thing you take a healthy diet, as the Skin and hair gets affected by bad diet too.
Third thing is : Take half kg of Aamla powder, and add it to coconut oil. Apply this mixture 2 to 3 times in a week. Massage gently to improve the blood circulation. Use this formula at least for 3 to 4 months. Also consume the Gooseberry juice every morning. You can also add some aloe vera juice. Apply Onion juice to 3 times in a week. Leave it for half an hour and wash.
Avoid using harsh chemicals.

I have thinning hair problem. Last year i used onion juice for almost 5 months and it helped a lot. Now i am using neem oil with coconut oil, castor oil and rosemary oil. This mixture is also helping. I want to ask how can i have amla in my diet. It is difficult to get fresh amla here in canada. Can i use powder amla instead of fresh. if yes, then how? I am 47 year old woman with three grown up children, with no health issues.

Dear S
Yes, you may add Aamla to your daily diet. If the Aamla juice is easily available to you then you may take juice also. take 1 tablespoon in a glass of water and have it every morning. In case of Powder, you may have a half tablespoon in the morning with a glass of warm water. Now a days Aamla candies are also available. Or you may take Murabba also. there are many ways to consume Aamla in your daily routine.

Dear Himanshu
You may buy Chilli oil from market or made your own oil. Take any carrier oil like Olive oil, Sesame oil or Almond Oil. Take a pan add carrier oil to the pan and put it on a very low flames. Add Cayenne Pepper to the oil. Heat the oil until the chillies turn black. It may take 1 hour. But remember do not boil the oil. Keep it on low heat.
You may apply this 2 to 3 times in a week and it may cause some burning sensation. So do not get afraid. Apply on your scalp do gentle massage and leave for an hour. Then wash your head.
And yes you may continue the use of Onion juice. Follow the regimen for 2 months.

Hello,
My name is rahul and I'm suffering from hair loss and hair thinning problem. I've receding hairline too. My hair started falling out back in 2013 when I went to a water park. Before that I never experienced any hair fall problem or any other hair problem. Last year I went to a dermatologist for my hair problem. I had lil receding hairline so she gave me minoxidol and some vitamin b capaules for hairfall problem. While I was using it I didn't know any side effect of it so I used 1 whole bottle of minoxidol and stopped after knowing the side effects of it. Idk if it's true or not that we loose more hair if we stop using it. I want to regrow my hairline and stop loosing more hairs. Currently I'm using onion juice on my hair. What should I do ??
