Description
Scrofula is a disease of the Whole Body.
The tuberculosis of lymphatic nodes in the Neck is Scrofula.
It is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis or Mycobacterium scrofulaceum bacteria.
It causes swelling of the lymph nodes.

If not treated properly, Scrofula may cause

Materia Medica for Lymphadenitis
Single Herb Crush leaves of Plumbago Zeylanica to make paste. Warm it with Castor oil. Apply the mixture on the affected areas.
Make paste of Commiphora Mukul ( Guggul ) with water. Apply it over Scrofula affected area.
OR : Take 3 g Commiphora Mukul ( Guggul ) with 1 tsp jaggery twice a day.
Dry Caesalpinia Bonduc ( Karanjwa ) Kernel ( Inner Part of the Seed ). Grind. Fry in Clarified Butter ( Ghee ). Apply it over Affected area.
