Watercress General

Boil the leaves and Stems of Watercress in water until it gets fully dissolved. Take 1/2 cup daily as a soup.

Watercress ( Jalkumbhi ) for Goiter

Prepare a paste of the leaves of Watercress ( Jalkumbhi ). Apply on the affected area.
Or:
Take 2 tablespoons of watercress juice in a glass of water. Drink it two times a day.

Herbal Treatment For Detox Tea for Cancer

Basic
Mix the following dry, powdered herbs and store in a jar:-
Burdock Root : 6 parts
Sheep Sorrel : 4 parts
Slippery Elm Bark : 1 part
Rhubarb Root : 1 teaspoon.
