Dear Mushtaq,

Gokhru is considered helpful in diabetes and ED ( erectile dysfunction ). You may try Land Caltrops ( Gokhru ).Gokhru can be used in powder form. Take half a tea spoon of it with warm Milk.
Lifestyle is an important factor in this case as well. You need to include exercise in your daily routine. A walk will also do if exercise is not possible because of your health. You should have a proper and complete sleep. Quit Smoking if you do.
