Brinjal is considered to cause itching and not to be consumed by diabetic patient. It als cause alergy. Is that true?

Dear R
There are many controversies about this herb being used by diabetic patients. An eggplant is a very rich source of fiber and low soluble carbohydrates. This makes it a highly beneficial herb for regulation of blood sugar level and also to control the absorption of glucose. However, it should be avoided by the one who suffers from acid reflux and also if a woman is pregnant.
