Anthocyanins are water soluble pigments. It is naturally available in fruits, vegetables and grains. It holds Antioxidant, Anti inflammatory, Anti Carcinogenic, Neuroprotective, and Anti Diabetic properties. It also gives color to the food as red, purple, blue.
