Description
Diabetic Retinopathy is a disease of the Eye.
The damage to the small blood vessels of the retina is due to uncontrolled diabetes.
This damage is Diabetic Retinopathy.
It may lead to blindness.
Types of Diabetic Retinopathy
Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (NPDR) : It is the initial stage of the disease.
Weak blood vessels in the retina called microanuerysms. They come through the walls. They may leak the fluid into the retina and cause swelling of the macula.
Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (PDR) : It is the advanced stage of the disease. It deprives the retina of oxygen. The curious blood vessel grows on the retina. It may bleed into the retina and block the vision.
Glaucoma may develop. The retina may get detached.

Single Herb
Ginkgo Biloba for Diabetic Retinopathy
Have two capsules of Ginkgo Biloba two times a day.
Boil Spinach leaves for 20-30 minutes. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Have a bowl daily.
Take one Garlic clove once a day.
Or:Have two Garlic capsules twice a day.
Mix 6-7 drops of Eyebright tincture in water. Wash your affected eye with this solution after every 5 hours.
