Description
Aphakia is a disease of the Eyes.
The absence of an Eye lens is Aphakia.
It is a surgical remover of the Lens to treat Cataract.
It may be due to a perforating injury or an Ulcer.
Lens is the clear part of the Eye, located inside the Pupil. It focuses on the backside of the Eye and makes the image clear. If the lens is not clear, a person will not able to see a clear image.
Aphakia causes Hyperopia and Blurred Vision.

If not treated properly, Aphakia may cause
