Description
Bitot's Spots is a disease of the Eye.
The accumulation of keratin in the conjunctiva due to deficiency of vitamin A and beta carotene is Bitot's Spots.
Conjunctiva is a mucus membrane that covers the white part of the eyes. Proper nutritional diet lubricates the eyes and clears the lens. If there is deficiency of Vitamin A, the keratin may deposit in the Eyes. It may lead to Night Blindness or complete Blindness.

Materia Medica for Bitot's Spots
Single Herb Drink half glass of Bilberry juice daily.
Take 1 teaspoon of dried Rooibos leaves. Boil for 15 minutes. Strain it and add 1 teaspoon each of Brown Sugar and Lemon juice in it. Consume it twice daily.
Prepare a tea with Thyme leaves by boiling them in a cup of water for 15 minutes. Strain it and drink twice daily.
Steep a few fresh leaves of Rosemary for 10 minutes in one cup of very hot water. Strain it and add half teaspoon of Ginger juice in it. Drink it daily.
Steep a few fresh leaves of Peppermint for 10 minutes in one cup of very hot water. Strain and drink it once a day.
