Dear Edith,
Your condition is menopause related and so you need not be just too alarmed. However, your symptoms have some stress overtones that have got to be treated by good time of rest. You are stressing your body system too much against what God has ordered from the start of time.
Additionally, you aught to to be taking garlic water(juice of some cloves of garlic mixed with warm water) daily from now.It works very well for your type of case.

I am post menopause and after no periods for over a year have spotting from red, brown to pink. Not allot but occasionally. Doctor says my endometrial lining is thickened with a pocket of fluid trapped in it. Uterus is small. A few fibroids seen. They say the bleeding of any kind suggest cancer as does the thickened endometrial lining. Pain during intercoarse is present too. Any ideas?

Dear Linda,
Don't worry. Don't relate it with Cancer, until you get any symptom or it is detected. You can use the following to maintain Uterus or Endometrial health:
1. Have Ashoka Tonic. take 1 teaspoon daily for 1 month.
2. Have Chasterberry tea daily.
3. Eat fresh or dried Cranberries.

These herbs/fruits will strengthen the health of your overall reproductive system.
