Dear Edwin,

There are multiple herbs to take care of the Liver and Pancreas. We will suggest a few.

The most effective for the Liver and easily available is Carrot. It is super effective for the Liver.

* Take Carrot juice empty stomach in the morning. Take 2 teaspoons for 3 regular days. Now skip for 7 days and then again take for 3 days. Repeat the procedure again. Do it for 1 month.

* You can take Kutki capsules. 1 capsule daily for 15 days.

For Pancreas, we suggest you eat healthily and avoid fried and junk food.

* Add green vegetables to your diet. Exercise regularly and tak proper sleep.

* Lemon and Licorice root is good for Pancreatic health.

All these herbs are to be taken only if you are not taking any allopathic medicine. If you are on any medication, please specify and we will assist you accordingly. The herbs often interact with allopathic drugs and can cause side effects too.
So be careful.

Dear Manisha. Gallstones might cause related pain but won't hamper your pregnancy much. The pain involved may cause nausea and vomiting.
Keep a regular physical check-up with your Health care provider and dietician. Get a description about the number and size of gallstones. Depending on that, a physical diagnosis can help in determining the next possible step.
However, It is not recommended to take anything for gallstones or any other ailment during pregnancy. But after childbirth, you must treat your ailment.

My gallbladder is very painful and I have associated back pain and headache. Generally I can stop the pain with 10 drops Chelideum tincture in water. But 4 days now and little relief. I take Lipotropic Complex twice daily for general health. I was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol and am taking two bergamot capsules daily. Any suggestions for removing pain and keeping healthy? I have no gall stones. I had hepatitis A 45 years ago. Thank you.
