Dear JoAnn
Please visit the individual pages of both the diseases for more options. Few are as:
Nerve Pain: Take 15 ml of Sesame oil. Add 2 drops of each Marjoram, Lavender, Peppermint and Basil oil. In case you don't find any of them, massage with the rest. Massage for 10 to 20 minutes. Do not expose body to air after massage. Do it for 15 day first and continue for the next 15 days if you notice any positive results. Fibromyalgia: Take Gojiberries and Ginger Tea. Please look up the individual links for more information.
