Typha Angustifolia General
The pollen of the plant is diuretic in nature. The dried pollen is Anticoagulant. It becomes Haemostatic in roasted form. Internally it is used for the treatment of Kidney stones, Internal Bleeding, painful Menstruation, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, Abscesses and Cancer of Lymphatic System. Externally, it is used to treat Tapeworms, Diarrhea and Injuries. An infusion of the root is used in the treatment of Gravel.
The pounded root is used as a poultice for Burns and Sores.
