Buy Berberis Vulgaris Tincture from any vitamin shop or from internet. This is the Botanical name of a Herb that goes by the name of Barberry. Take 10 drops in water. ONCE ONLY. Wait for it to react for 2 days. Before feeling better you may feel a little worst. Don't worry. It will get better. Once it get better in 2 or 3 days then, repeat the dose. Now do not take this herb any more.
Buy Saw Palmetto capsules from any vitamin shop. You may not find Saw Palmetto alone. It may come with the combination of Pygeum. Buy it with Pygeum. Take 1 capsule. If you feel better, wait for 2 days. Take another capsule. Take 1 capsule at every alternative day as long as you keep getting better. Once you start feeling better, you think that the progress ( prostate enlargement ) has stopped, stop taking Saw Palmetto. Give a break of 1 week. Start all over again with Berberis Vulgaris.

I am a 70 years old male, for past 3 years I have enlarged prostate problem. Urine flow is okay but some times dribbles. Most concerned and physiologically bothering is Retrogate Ejaculation. I have a enlarged Prostrate and some pain trying to to pee!
Doctor said the Prostrate is pressing up against something inside which makes me want to go, then not all the bladder empties.(therefore wanting to go more regularly )
