Before I take Lion's Mane, I would like to know if it slows down heart beat. I have Bradecardia about 44 beats
per minute. Would this be save for me to take.

i have had a hemmoragic stroke after a fall which tore my outer bicep tendon in my rotator cuff. is this safe to take? i am otherwise in good health

Dear Donna 1. Winged Stem Canscora tonic ( Shankhapushpi ). Take 1 tablespoon daily for a month.
2. Take Gingko Biloba Tea without milk. Have 1 cup daily. Take it for 15 days. Also, follow brain exercises and do meditation on a regular basis.
